VSIP 2022｜Full Virtual Conference (Shanghai, China)｜November 25-27, 2022

The 4th International Conference on Video, Signal and Image Processing (VSIP 2022) was sponsored by East China Normal University, China, co-sponsored by Shanghai Key Laboratory of Multidimensional Information Processing, China; assisted by Huazhong Agricultural University, China, Edge Hill University, UK，Chubu University, Japan and Heilongjiang Province Key Laboratory of Laser Spectroscopy Technology and Application, China; scholarly supported by Shandong University, China.

Due to the ongoing anti-epidemic measures, the conference was finally held online via Zoom during Nov. 25-27, 2022. During the three days, keynote speeches, invited speeches, parallel sessions, best presentation awards, etc. were included.
