About VSIP 2021

2021 3rd International Conference on Video, Signal and Image Processing (VSIP 2021) will be held in Wuhan, China during November 19-21, 2021. VSIP 2021 solicits contributions worldwide that illustrate research results, projects, surveys and industrial experiences in related fields of Video, Signal and Image Processing.

It provides the platform for the scholars, researchers to present the theory and practice of signal, image and video processing, which aims at: Disseminating high level research results and engineering developments to all signal, image or video processing researchers and research groups; Presenting practical solutions for the current signal, image and video processing problems in Engineering and Science.

The conference committee invites submissions of applied or theoretical research as well as of application-oriented papers on all the topics of VSIP. Papers submitted to VSIP 2021 are double blind peer reviewed by technical committee members and reviewers.

Conference Proceedings

All papers will be strictly double blind reviewed by the program committee, and accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM (ISBN: 978-1-4503-8588-6), which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.
